Collaboration between Peter Hobbs Architects and Pracsys

Working with economic consultants, Pracsys, PHA were commissioned to create a masterplan for central Mandurah, which included a transport node, new Council Chambers, Town Square and a Centre of Water Studies. PHA used block modelling to identify and shape the pedestrian connections and main activity zones.

This work accompanied a business plan that has been used to receive government funding for the project. PHA were further commissioned to complete a realistic visualisation for marketing purposes.
