The Team’s experience spans all parts of any given project, from the initial briefing and feasibility stage, to the final Construction certification.

Peter Hobbs

B.ARCH – Registered Architect

Peter Hobbs has been a practicing Architect in WA for more than 30 years. Additionally he is a registered builder with a great deal of construction knowledge. Peter is highly experienced in architecture, planning and urban design, as well as sustainable design and heritage conservation.

Peter is highly regarded amongst his professional peers and has been awarded with several state RAIA Architecture Awards. As the President of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) from 2019-2021 and Chairman of the Board of the AIA in 2022-2023, Peter has advocated for sustainable planning practices and good design for the benefit of the WA community.

Isabel Hammett

M. ARCH, B. ENV DES – Registered Architect

Isabel is a registered Architect and has been working with PHA since 2014. She has been involved in numerous projects, ranging from civic centres to affordable housing.

Her greatest passion lies in optimising planning processes to deliver the best results within her clients’ budget. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to cost-effective solutions, she consistently strives to exceed expectations.

Lee-Anne Kho

B. ARCH, B. APP. SCI (ARCH)

Lee-Anne has been part of the practice since 2015, and has amassed over 35 years worth of experience working in the architecture industry. Her experience spans a number of areas, with a grounding in architectural design, urban design, fit outs and project coordination.

Lee-Anne has the spatial ability to expertly organise complex programmatic briefs. Her knowledge of materiality and her artistic eye enables her to curate beautiful spaces. Together, these skills allow for projects that balance form and functionality.

Alastair Hall

M. ARCH, B. ARCH

Alastair is a Master of Architecture graduate from the University of Notre Dame with several years of practical industry experience. He is an attentive listener, a sympathetic designer, and an efficient member of the team.

Alastair works with the senior team members to both refine details and holistically capture the design intent. Alastair has an aptitude for presentation graphics which assist him in clearly communicating ideas. His technical capability, in combination with his excellent interpersonal skills, makes him a professional collaborator

Su-Yin Skeffington

B.COM, DIP ED.

Su-Yin has been part of the PHA team since 2015 and manages accounts and humans resources. She systematically tracks the financial aspect of our projects, enabling transparency and targets to be met. She is approachable and constructively solves matters.
