The ‘Housing Diversity Pipeline Round 2’ program by the DPLH, is seeking to make underutilised government-owned land across the state available for new residential development to boost the supply of housing. Designers are to assist in identifying which parcels of land are most suitable to turn into residential areas.

Five sites were explored with varying shapes and sizes, with varying apartment yields, apartment types and plot ratios.
